Vauxhall Antara – The Ideal City SUV

Not necessarily recognised for producing popular SUV vehicles, Vauxhall have extended their reach and added the Antara SUV to their glowing range of automobiles. Bearing similarities to that of the Volkswagen Toureg, the Antara is a stylish and well designed crossover SUV that may soon exercise a firm grip on the SUV class, which already houses some truly exceptional units. The Antara is very well equipped and comes with a variety of different variants, engine options, transmissions and equipment. In terms of the different variants available there is the Exclusiv and the SE. As for the engines there is the 2.0 litre CDTI 16 valve 5 speed manual and the 2.0 litre CDTI 16 valve automatic, which both make for an interesting and reliable drive. And as for the equipment and features there is obviously too many to display here but some of the main highlights are the navigation system, eighteen inch alloy wheels, heat reflective windscreen, Xenon headlights, cruise control and EC (Electronic Climate Control). So it is fair to say (and it is there for all to see) that the new and used Vauxhall Antara is a vehicle that is very much going places and will no doubt drum up quite a bit of interest over the coming months and years. But in summary, for those buyers that are in the market for an SUV then they might be surprised to hear that Vauxhall has a model in their range that could well provide a good opportunity. As noted above, Vauxhall are not known for their expertise in the SUV area but maybe people will now begin to look at them in a different light thanks to the Antara.
